I’ve enjoyed Allison’s spoken word/storytelling prowess ever since her first Fringe show back in 2007. Her preview back then was enough to pique my interest and get her on my Top 20 list and her show delivered on that promise, as has every other Fringe show she’s done that I’ve seen since, so why wouldn’t I sign up for more? She’s also a leader in the spoken word/storytelling community, hosting open mics and shepherding new artists into the field. She’s teaming up this Fringe with Jason Schommer. (I’m not familiar with Jason, but if Allison’s partnering with him, he’s bound to be equally good.)
