Part memoir/part music/part fanfiction. Nissa reveals teen crushes. A rotating cast cold reads her sexy vampire tales from high school. 5 unique shows: new, angsty love songs & heartbreaking stories every time.

Actor/writer Nissa Nordland shares her teenage journal entries, poetry and erotic vampire fanfiction, once confined solely to floppy disks. Each performance is a different line up of Twin Cities artists, stories and live love songs. Performers are introduced to fanfiction scenes for the first time in front of the audience as they read them aloud.

Nissa Nordland (the brains behind Special When Lit, in my pre-Fringe Top 10 back in 2022) has recruited a murderers row of Fringe regulars as her rotating cast of musician/performers tp bring her surprise fan fiction selections, journal entries and poetry to life and conjure again those awkward, amusing high school years - Dawn Bentley, Amber Bjork, Shanan Custer, Brettina Davis, Jonathan Feld, Keith Hovis, Sam L. Landman, Derek Lee Miller, Nicholas Nelson, Derek “Duck” Washington, and Eric Webster.

This should be a lot of fun, whichever assortment of artists one gets in each performance.  I'm looking forward to it.
