There’s not a lot of information on their show page on the Fringe site other than the basics.
The press packet materials had a tiny bit more:
“We're dishing out a main course of typical Victorian yearning with a side of blood ritual. Expect a fresh (s)take on a beloved comedy so raw it's bloody. Perfect for fans of all things farcical, fang-ical, and Fringe-ical. A vampire spin on The Importance of Being Earnest, that swaps cucumber sandwiches for a 1750 vintage Bellini Rosso Tavola Torciglioni. There’s blood; everyone’s hot. An Immortal Comedy for Lifeless People.”
They do have an Instagram account with the tag line “theater that is weird and substantial to the core” (yes, that's an apple joke)
There are a couple of photos on the upcoming Fringe outing, but most of the account is about the show they literally just did, closing this past weekend (just missed it), a queer take on Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest (which I know sounds redundant, but the original is, despite its author, very heterosexual, whereas this recent production apparently was very much not).
Little Apple Theatre Company is a brand new group. They don’t specifically identify as a queer theater company, though they’re pretty queer coming out of the gate with Earnest.
And now they’re doing the Oscar Wilde play again, but this time with a vampire twist.
They’re have a very busy summer of comedy.
I’m curious to see what they’re about.
