Here's the rundown for my Fringe Saturday and links to the reasons why:
1pm - Too Many Notes (yes, again, it's a different show) - my returning favorite write-up on Maximum Verbosity
2:30pm - When You Hear The Chime - my write-up on their Fringe preview
4pm - We Can Wish: A Beatboxing and Music Variety Show - Luke Skippy Harbur
“we can wish” is a 45-minute interactive music variety show focusing on
the power of tackling your fears in order to pursue your dreams. Styles

I have been going back and forth on this one since the Fringe website went live, and watched some of the videos the artist has posted of previous shows. There's a lot of things that make me think this might not be my kind of show but there's queer content, and I've seen this guy all over the festival seeing (and reviewing) other folks' shows and he seems like a person who's fully plugged into this Fringe, so I'm gonna give the show a shot.
5:30pm - Behemoth - my returning favorite write-up on Hey Rube
7pm - Choose Your Own Fringe Adventure - my returning favorite write-up on Lady Z Productions
8:30pm - Write Me Letters - Noah Gundermann
This heartwarming musical follows a series of letters between a grandson and his grandma as they navigate the changing seasons of life.

New musical from a young artist. The bits of song that were posted and the concept of the story make me curious enough to give this one a try.
10pm - Butts In Seats: How to Get People to Attend Your Shakespeare Production by Having Musical Settings for the Lyrics in His Plays; Numerous Examples Included - Ken Takata
Shakespeare’s plays contain over 70 lyrics, but most of the original
music has been lost. Here we present musical settings in styles
including the Great American Songbook and glam rock.

The composer is using each of the performances of this show to workshop different material, and I'm a fan of a bunch of the Shakespeare plays which have lots of songs in them, so that's enough to make me curious and sit in on this one.
