Fringe 2017 - Day 3 - Saturday Schedule - Top 10/Top 20 Past and Present

Mom really wants to see her buddy Josh Carson (of course), so with that as our tent pole show of the day to schedule the other offerings around, the easiest way to go is to stick to the West Bank for our first long, seven show day.

Thankfully, there’s a lot of great options since there’s six venues in walking distance on the West Bank, six options for any given time slot.

For us, it’s going to be

1pm - Finding Mohamed - Ifrah Mansour - Rarig Xpermimental

An entry from this year’s Top 10 (at #7), which I wrote about before

2:30pm - Intermediate Physical Comedy for Advanced Beginners - Comedy Suitcase - Rarig Thrust

From returning favorites Joshua Scrimshaw and Levi Weinhagen - I’ve been told by a friend who’s already seen it, we should have Mom sit down close to the front and volunteer when asked.  We shall see  :)

4pm - Atlas Dynamo’s Burnt Offerings - Scream Blue Murmur - Southern Theater

A hike down the block and up the hill to catch this returning favorite from Ireland, who I’ve written about before

5:30pm - Fruit Flies Like A Banana: World Tour - The Fourth Wall - TRP

Down the hill a bit to Theatre In The Round, for some more returning favorites, who I’ve written about before

7pm - The Wright Stuff, or You’ll Believe They Can Fly - Outlandish Productions - Mixed Blood

The rest of the way down the hill and around the corner to Mixed Blood, to our tent pole show of the day around which we schedule the rest, returning favorites Josh Carson and Andy Kraft, who I’ve written about before

8:30pm - Dick White: Ghost Detective - I’m Related To Lin Manuel Miranda - Rarig Xperimental

This one’s #3 on my Top 10 list this year, so I’ve written about it before.  Definitely worth a walk down the street back to the Rarig

10pm - The Tragedy of Obi-Wan Kenobi - Headcanon - Rarig Arena

Hop in the elevator (spare Mom the stairs) and ride up to the Arena, for this Star Wars riff from returning favorite, director Paul von Stoetzel

Phew.  And we parked at the Rarig ramp at the start of the day, so down the elevator, across the street and we’re headed home to rest up for Sunday :)
